What is My Services?

My Services displays all your active broadband services in one place. You can filter, search, sort, and customize the view to find exactly what you need. Each service shows its current status, speeds, and connection details.

Filtering Services

Use the filter dropdowns to narrow down your services:

  • Product Type: Filter by product type (e.g., Broadband)
  • Status: Filter by service status (Live, Pending, Attention Required, Ceased)
  • Multiple Selection: Status filter allows selecting multiple statuses at once
  • Active Filters: View and remove active filters with quick-remove tags

Search & Sort

Find services quickly using the search and sort features:

  • Search: Type in the search box to find services by ID, address, or end user
  • Clear Search: Click the X button to clear your search
  • Sort Columns: Click any column header to sort ascending or descending
  • Sort Indicator: Arrow icons show current sort direction

Customize Columns

Personalize your table layout with the Columns button:

  • Show/Hide: Toggle columns on or off by clicking the toggle switch
  • Reorder: Drag and drop columns to rearrange their order
  • Saved Layout: Your preferences are automatically saved
  • Reset: Use the Reset Layout button to restore defaults

Service Details

Click on a Live service row to view full details including:

  • Service Information: ID, type, status, address, and end user
  • Radius Logs: View authentication logs and session data
  • Diagnostic Tests: Run ping, DNS, bandwidth, and line quality tests
  • Test Results: See real-time results displayed in the modal

Service Status Indicators

Service status badges show the current state:

  • Live: Service is active and working (clickable for details)
  • Pending Delivery: Service is being provisioned
  • Attention Required: Service needs action (clickable for support)
  • Ceased: Service has been cancelled or upgraded

Need Help with a Service?

If a service has issues or you need support:

  • Attention Required Services: Click the service to see details and contact options
  • Run Diagnostics: Use the diagnostics button to check line quality
  • Create Support Ticket: Submit a detailed ticket directly from the service modal
  • Contact Support: Phone and email options are displayed for urgent issues
