The Dashboard is your landing page and central navigation hub. It provides quick access to all the important areas of the OptaNet Partner Portal, giving you an overview of available features and recent activity.

The dashboard displays cards that link to key portal sections:

• New Broadband Order - Start the process of ordering broadband services for your customers
• View Orders - Check the status and details of existing broadband orders
• Support Tickets - Access customer support and track your service requests (coming soon)
• Marketing Material - Download brochures, logos, and promotional content for your business

Besides the dashboard cards, you can navigate the portal using:

• Sidebar Menu - Access all pages from the left sidebar (visible on larger screens)
• Mobile Menu - Tap the menu icon in the top bar on mobile devices
• Top Bar - Your profile, notifications, and account settings are always available
• My Services Page - View all your active services and their status

The Recent Activity section shows important updates and actions:

• New orders placed
• Status changes on existing orders
• Support ticket updates
• System announcements and portal updates

This section updates automatically as you use the portal.

The Help button at the top of every page provides specific information about that page's features. You can also:

• Visit the Feedback page to share suggestions or report issues
• Contact OptaNet support directly through the Support Tickets section
• Check the Marketing Materials section for user guides and documentation
